Welcome to Genoa Civic Theatre!

Genoa Civic Theatre (GCT) is your home for great live theater in the Genoa area and Northwest Ohio.  Our mission is to produce affordable, enjoyable and live theatre with the ultimate aim of lightening the moods and hearts of our guests while supporting the arts in the Genoa and NWO regions. 

With the chaos and stress of modern life, why don't you join us for a few hours of relaxation, laughs, mystery or music.  While TV and movies offer the amenities of special effects and other modern effects, nothing replaces the experience of the up close and personal connection with the actors on stage.  Of course, we hope you try out or get involved helping out around he theatre!

GCT is located on the second floor of Genoa's Historic Town Hall.  Our beautiful victorian theatre features comfortable and roomy seating, an elevator and year round climate control.  Please take time to browse our site and see all we have to offer.  You can use the menu to the left to learn about current/upcoming shows, ticket information, ways to get involved and more!

Rent our theatre!

The Genoa Town Hall Opera House is available as a rental hall.  Our lovely facility can be used for parties, reunions, etc.  The theatre featureas a kitchenette, elevator, bathrooms and plenty of seating/table space.  Easy parking is on site.  The theatre has central air and heating.  For information concerning available dates and prices please call Barb Markley, our President, at 419-862 3750.
